New Business

We have been working on new businesses that contribute to the community and society in a form derived from existing businesses. Prospecting for the future, we expand our business to Agriculture, Solar Power plant, Golf course and Resort development by utilizing our owned land.

We will continue to challenge new framework by utilizing knowledge we have in real estate business in Japan and overseas.

Golf Course Operation

We operate 36-hole course "Yamashiro Golf Club" in Kaga Hot Spring Area. Club House has indoor lesson facility and various lessons based on " Quarter Theory" introduced by golf pro Mr. Izumi Kuwata.

Resort Management

We are operating and maintaining "Nasu Shirazasa Hot Spring Resort" which is extended to high land area (1 million sqm). You can find fascinated properties with reasonable price.

Solar Power Plant Development

We are dealing with various service in related to Solar Power Plant (Land Lease, Power Plant Development, Consultation, etc.)

Agricultural Business

We are farming safe and secure vegetables and we contribute utilizing farming land and creating employment opportunity in the area through our related company "DK Firm Co., Ltd."
